Why Do Some URLs Not Open?
Browsers have a popup blocker feature that treats continuous tab openings without user interaction as advertisements and blocks them. Bulk opening of multiple URLs is often subject to this restriction. Blocked tabs will not open.
What Does Allowing Popups Mean?
You can allow popups for a specific site through the block notification that appears near the browser's address bar. Since this is a site-level setting, allowing popups for one site does not affect blocking for other sites.
