Expanded file size limit to 500MB for video-to-GIF conversion

Previously limited to 15MB, which prevented selection of even short videos recorded on smartphones. Now you can extract clips from longer videos.

Displays which frame you're currently on and elapsed time. You can cancel midway if it's taking longer than expected.
